As acting CMO, Pat managed a department of ten to grow the business to over two million paid members over three years. Pat and her team developed acquisition and retention strategies, successfully implemented the multi-diet strategy, which lead to partnerships with Atkins and Zone diets, and re-launched the site for better customer experience. Pat also helped eDiets.com conduct its agency review and hire personnel to position the company for future growth. Among other honors, the site has been named a Forbes.com Spring 2005 “Best of the Web” and “Forbes Favorite” in the diet and nutrition category, as well as a PC Magazine “Editors’ Choice” in May 2004 and 2005.
